Free standard shipping

Cudavo offers free standard shipping to U.S. destinations accepted at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after order confirmation. This estimate includes normal order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, customs processing, and other events outside our control can extend delivery time. If a product has a different estimate, we will show it on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking

We send tracking information to the email address used at checkout as soon as it is available. Tracking can take up to 72 hours after shipment to show its first movement.

Split shipments

Products may ship from different fulfillment locations. A single order can arrive in more than one package and on different dates at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner on the appropriate next step.
